The Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF) is governed by an outstanding group of volunteer board members. These are committed individuals who share their time and expertise to ensure the vision, mission, and values of PdNCF are upheld to the highest standards. 

As we enter the new year, we extend our sincere gratitude to Steve Lauterbach as he ends his tenure as a board member for the Paso del Norte Community Foundation. As a founding board member of both the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, Mr. Lauterbach has provided over 16 years of service to the Foundations.  

A native of El Paso, Mr. Lauterbach is an active member of the community. He and his wife Ann established the Lauterbach Fund for Health in 2013 and have continued to support our growing community through charitable giving. His company, Lauterbach and Borschow, have been generous supporters of El Paso Giving Day providing matching funds to further the missions of nonprofits in the region.  

As a sign of our gratitude for Mr. Lauterbach’s many years of distinguished service, the Paso del Norte Community Foundation is proud to name him as board member Emeritus.
