Leonard (Tripper) A. Goodman III joined the Board of Directors of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PDNCF) in 2016 and serves as Chair of the Foundation’s Fund Development Committee.

Mr. Goodman is a professional financial advisor and is the President and CEO of Goodman Financial Group. He has been actively involved in the community, serving on several boards currently and in the past: Capital Bank, Board of Directors; The Hub of Human Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Chairman; UTEP Development Board, Chairman; ReadyOne Industries, Chairman; El Paso Tomorrow Political Action Committee, Chairman; Downtown Management District, Board Member and many more.

He has also received numerous awards and recognitions that include President of General Agency Association (John Hancock Financial Services), Lifetime Member Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), Member of President’s Conference John Hancock Production Award, Management Builder Award (John Hancock Financial Services), Agency Leader (John Hancock Financial Services), National Management Award General Agents & Managers Association (GAMA), President El Paso Gama Association and El Paso Inc. El Pasoan of the Year 2012.

Mr. Goodman serves on the PDNCF board because he wants to work with individuals who have a passion about specific charitable causes that are important to them. He recognizes that our community is growing and he is excited to work with people who want to help our community grow and thrive.
