The El Paso Film Festival, Femme Frontera and the Permanencia Voluntaria Film Fund were created under the Paso del Norte Foundation to support regional filmmakers and the filmmaking industry; promote and preserve the history and culture of filmmakers in the region; showcase talent; and improve quality of life in the Paso del Norte region.
