The Paso del Norte Community Foundation Under One Roof Fund and its partners are pleased to announce the disbursement of the first $1.3 million in rental assistance to landlords for eligible tenants as part of the EP Rent Help Program.

“The first rounds of funding addressed the immediate needs of tenants who were facing eviction due to financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Tracy Yellen, CEO of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation. “We’re still accepting applications for those who still need urgent assistance and recognize another wave of potential evictions on the horizon.”

Applying is simple. Landlords can begin the process to enroll in the program at EPRentHelp.org and work with their potentially eligible tenants to submit a joint Landlord-Tenant application.  Applications are reviewed and awarded on a weekly basis.  Funds will be distributed until exhausted.
